Pool and Spa Rules

1. There is no lifeguard on duty! Use the pool at your own risk.
2. All persons must comply with the safety rules posted in the pool area.
3. Proper swimming attire is required at all times while in the pool area. Street shorts or jeans are not allowed while swimming in the pool.
4. Children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper when using the pool.
5. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to use the adult pool or spa areas.
6. Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the family pool area.
7. Breakable material or glass is not allowed in the pool areas.
8. Inflatable balls, boats, inner tubes or boogie boards are not allowed in the adult pool at any time.
9. Animals, bicycles, and other devices are not allowed in the pool areas.
10. Diving, running, ball games, jumping and other boisterous play is prohibited.
11. Private radios or other devices are permitted only if used with earphones or headsets.
12. Guests must use on-site showers prior to entering the pools or spa. Suntan lotions and oils clog the filter system and, therefore, must be removed before entering the water.
13. Playing or climbing on the waterfall is prohibited.
14. Management reserves the right to close the pool at their discretion.
